📢 To use our pick-up service, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Choose your drop-off method:
– Hand it directly to our staff at the designated driver pick-up area outside the hotel/building
– Leave it at the reception/front desk under your booking name and room number.
2️⃣ If leaving it at reception, please provide us with your hotel name, booking name, and room number to ensure a smooth pick-up.
3️⃣ If you have any special requests (e.g., delicate care, separate white washing), please let us know. Our default setting is cold water wash & medium heat tumble dry.
4️⃣ Payment options: Bank transfer or cash on delivery.
📩 If you’re outside, you can leave the cash in an envelope at reception with your name & room number. We’ll drop off your laundry at the reception once it’s ready. 😊
